Coming from a medical background, Jennifer applies a holistic approach, while utilizing integrated therapeutic techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Trauma-Focused interventions. With a primary focus on adolescents and adults, she addresses challenges of trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and grief and loss.
