Jessica Murphy, NCC

As a clinician, I believe experiences are stored within our bodies, and are not always readily accessible to us for various reasons. Together we will explore those experiences in a safe space while learning to cope with life's stressors.

I use an integrative approach to support the human experience in achieving a higher sense of self. My passion areas are working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I have several years of working in higher levels of care ranging from inpatient, residential, and IOP/PHP prior to entering private practice.

I operate from a body-positive and Health at Every Size approach to therapy.  I utilize narrative therapy, DBT, and parts-work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, panic, trauma, eating disorders, body image, and LGBTQIA+ identities.

I foster a warm, empathic, and nonjudgmental space for clients to address emotional challenges to identify and reshape negative thought/behavioral patterns. Through the use of humor and vulnerability we will explore the parts of ourselves that are acting as barriers to creating sustainable change.
